Data collections are uploaded in the Data Manager, linked to data-driven activities and used for data tracking purposes.
A collection allows you to organise and categorise data uploads. Data collections can be connected to data-driven activities or API integration points.
Create multiple data collections. Each collection can contain one or more data uploads. Read the data format and upload specs here.
Open Data Manager.
Select the + icon (top menu) to Add Data Collection. Add a Collection Name/Category and a short description.

There are three ways in which to identify users in the data upload:
User ID or code - this option requires you to have a User Code column heading, e.g. Employee Code, Identity Number, etc.
Email - data in this column must contain valid email addresses.
Telephone - data in this column must be formatted using the international standard: +2712345678.
Edit cells. Apart from heading names, you can edit cells directly in the data uploaded.
Clear or delete a row/column. Right-click to open the options menu.
Search your data using the search feature (top right).
When a row is deleted, the row number is also deleted, e.g. if you delete row 5, there will never be another row 5 in that upload.
